Seasonal mix of organic lettuce leaf made into a salad mix ready for eating. 

This mix is larger lettuce leaf of the main varieties, normally red oak, green oak, buttercrunch, cos etc with a little mizuna. It is hearty mix with nothing to out of the ordinary in it. Perfect as a beautiful salad or for using in burgers, wraps etc.
