Sticky-date porridge (with NZ oats)

Inspired by fond memories of Sticky Date Pudding, this warming porridge is packed with NZ-grown oats, buckwheat, some date goodness, and locally-grown walnuts. A little bit of luxury for those cold mornings. 

This moreish porridge has a perfect balance of low GI carbs, plant-based protein, healthy fats, antioxidants and lots of good-for-you fibre.
