Refund policy
Meat
Meat is only available for delivery, not for pick up from one of our pick up points. All meat products are delivered frozen. The Wairarapa & Wellington delivery is Wednesday afternoon between 1-6pm, and the Hutt Valley (& some Wellington) delivery is Thursday between 8am-3pm, you will need to leave a chilly bin (with an ice pack) on your doorstep to ensure your meat can be delivered. If you do not leave out a chilly bin we will be unable to deliver your meat and a refund may not be possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item(s) are damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can make it right.
Please let us know within 24hours of receiving your order if there is any issues with it. Complaints outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
If you don't pick up your Little Farms Box from the pick up point during the allocated time, we are not responsible for the decline in the quality of the produce and will not provide a refund.
The pick up points will keep your box for an extra day after your allocated pick up time, incase you had a legitimate issue picking it up. If you fail to pick it up within this time period, your box will be donated, the pick up points are unable to hold your box for you any longer as the likelihood of the food being eaten drastically declines after this period of time due to the pick up points not having fridges. If your box is donated due to failure to pick up, you will not be refunded.
Please put a reminder in your calendar to help remind you to pick up your order.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
