A staple with a twist. Our Fusilli is all about texture. Its tight spirals are perfect for catching sauces and adding a satisfying bite to everything from hearty ragù to fresh summer salads. We use only 100% Kiwi-grown durum wheat, milled and crafted in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Slow drying preserves the flavour and gives it that firm, springy finish you want in a great pasta.
