Miche Wholemeal Sourdough Bread

From our Friends at Clareville Bakery we have delicious Miche (Wholemeal Sourdough).

Made predominantly with wholemeal flour and a smattering of rye flour, these loaves have been fermented for up to 40 hours, creating bread that is healthy, has amazing depth of flavour, a magnificent caramelised crust, and excellent keeping qualities.
