Sunchoke (Jerusalem Artichoke) 1kg

1kg of Jerusalem Artichokes, perfect for eating or planting the tubers to grow your own. 

Grown regeneratively at the Little Farms market garden in accordance with nature. This means no synthetic fertilisers, herbicides or insecticides. 

If you are planting the tubers, you can either plant in autumn or keep them in the fridge in sand if you want to plant in spring. They don’t keep well out of the ground, so either plant them or store them properly until planting. They won’t sprout above ground until around October/November depending on your climate - so don’t forget where you planted them! Mulch the area well so that weeds don’t take over before they grow. I covered the area where I planted the tubers with a layer of cardboard and then straw, and had no weed problems come spring. Happy growing!

The shipping fee covers up to 2kg only.
