1. Shell 100g fresh borlotti per person.
2. Quarter 2 medium sized tomatoes per person.
3. Seperate 2-4 cloves garlic, skin on person
4. Get ready 2-3 sprigs of sage per person, 25mls fruity olive oil per person, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
5. Put all ingredients into pan ... just cover with water ... simmer till beans are tender.. 45- 60 minutes. Enjoy!
6. You can add extra vegetables or pancetta as you wish.
