•5 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of water
• 1 table spoon of crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
•1 teaspoon of siracha (can use chili as a spice option)
•1 lemon rind and juice
• 1 teaspoon of seasame oil
•Breadcrumbs (3/4 cup) and 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in a bowl (can keep adding breadcrumbs if you run out.)
• drizzle of olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste!
Chop up your cauliflower into bites, like variety, some bigger wings and some little bite sized pieces. Dip the cauliflower into the marinade mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Lay them on a tray with baking paper and a little olive oil. Salt and pepper then bake in the oven (200°c) for around 30 minutes, until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Serve with your desired sauce, I used siracha mayonnaise. Enjoy!
