Chili & Lime Kale Chips

The key to kale is to massage the juices into it, so it becomes softer and more full of flavour.
Add ingredients into a bowl, give them a good mix and massage the leaves.
Spread the Kale out onto a tray with baking paper. Heat the oven on a lower heat, 150°c for around 15 minutes, cook till crispy! Let cool for 5, then enjoy!
Ingredients:
• Chop up a large bunch of kale into 'chip sized' pieces
• Drizzle with olive oil
• Add 1 lime juice
• Half a chili finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
