Alex's Crispy Sunchoke (Jerusalem Artichoke)

Thinly slice your washed Sunchoke.

Put them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, add your favourite herbs and seasoning. 

Cook in the oven until crispy (about 15 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius).
