Omgoodness pancakes

Gluten free and vegan friendly 

Using the omgoodness pancake mix, in a bowl add one cup of the dry mixture then add one cup of your chosen milk (I used coconut milk.) Leave for a few minutes for the mixture to thicken then, in a hot pan with some melted butter (can use olivani if vegan) pour some of the mixture into an even circle and flip once one side is golden/cooked. 

 

In another bowl add the ingredients for the cacao and tahini sauce and combine with a whisk. The pinch of salt just adds a kick of flavour but is optional. Plate up with your chosen fruit, sliced apple or banana with a drizzle of maple syrup is delicious. Best enjoyed with a book and a cup of tea!
Pancakes
1 cup of the omgoodness pancake mix
1 cup of milk (soy)
1 tablespoon of butter/oil
For the tahini chocolate sauce
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup of tahini, hulled
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of water
A pinch of salt
