Smokey Plum Sauce

Smokey Plum Sauce


500g plums, pitted and roughly chopped

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, finely sliced

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon raw sugar (or more depending on required sweetness)



1. Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Let it cool, then blitz in a food processor until smooth.

3. Put back in the pot and cook on low for 40 minutes string often. 

4. Bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 3 months. 

5. Enjoy!
