{Gluten free and vegan friendly}
You can use whatever veggies are in season for this amazing dish.
Sauté the onions/leek/fennel first with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Then add the rest of your veggies (broccoli, carrot, pak choi, wom bok, radicchio, cauliflower, capsicum, chard etc.) Then add soy sauce, table spoon of honey, sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds, juice of one lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
Can serve with rice or noodles.
This is a super quick and easy dish to use lots of veggies in a yummy way!
