Stir Fry

{Gluten free and vegan friendly}
Cook veggies in a wok or fry pan. Can use whatever you have in the fridge.
Sauté the onions and mushrooms first with sesame oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Then add the rest of your veggies (broccoli, carrot, pak choi, cauliflower, capsicum, chard etc.) Then add soy sauce, table spoon of honey, sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds, juice of one lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
Can serve with rice or noodles. super quick and easy dish to use up heaps of veggies in a yummy way!
