Delicious Tzatziki Sauce for chicken, salad bowls, gyros, fish tacos, and so much more.
What you’ll need
2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of fresh mint
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
half of a freshly squeezed lemon juice (depending on taste preference)
1 cucumber (grated with excess water squeezed out; about 1cup)
dill to taste (fresh is better but I could only get my hands on a seasoning and it was delish)
2 large cloves garlic finely minced — this is optional if you like garlic, I forgot to add garlic in the video but I ended up adding it in. It’s great with and without.
