The sunny days have been amazing for growth! Our leafy greens are looking very healthy and we have some beans ready for harvest.
We are in the “growing gap” for the next month or so, where the summer plants are finished and we are waiting for the winter crops to be ready for harvest. This means we have some less common vegetables included in our boxes as they provide the necessary variety over this period of time.

Due to our farms being local, small scale and seasonal, there is a chance that not every box will have the same mix of vegetables, but we ensure every box has the same value of vegetables in it.
The following items are available in small quantities so will be used as substitutes for things on the above list if we run out:
